First of all, with a knife, we chop 12 Oreo cookies. We let them be tiny but irregular pieces. The others we reserve for later.

Then we mount the cream. To do this, we have to make sure that both the cream and the bowl and rods are cold. If this is not the case, we put them in the freezer for half an hour. Once cold, we put the cream and vanilla in the bowl and beat with the rods (by hand or electric) until the cream forms dark grooves.
