How to make beet juice
We start by washing and peeling 3 beets, making sure to remove any dirt and residue. Peel and cut 1 apple, squeeze 1 lemon and peel and cut 1 piece of ginger.Monica Prego
Next, we place the peeled beet, apple and ginger in the juice extractor or blender and make the juice. We can also put all the ingredients in the glass of a blender and grind them finely. To achieve a finer texture in this case, we can strain the juice or leave it as is.
Once it is ready, we add the lemon juice or if we prefer, 50 ml of water to help soften the flavor of the beet juice.
We serve our juice in glasses, add an ice cube or let it rest for a few minutes in the refrigerator, so that it is cold.
