How to make avocado and egg sandwich
The first thing we have to do is put the 2 slices of rye bread to toast on a grill, or in a toaster, for a few minutes.
We remove the skin from half an avocado, which will preferably be ripe, and cut it into not very thick slices. We put them on one of the slices of toasted bread and season with a pinch of salt flakes, a pinch of black sesame seeds, 1 pinch of dehydrated tomato flakes and ground black pepper.
Pour 5 ml of extra virgin olive oil into a frying pan and, when it is hot, crack an egg and grill it, making sure that the yolk does not curdle.
We put the egg on the avocado and season again with the mixture of spices mentioned above. We place the other slice of toasted bread and we already have our sandwich ready to enjoy.
