Acai Bowl, how to prepare it as tasty as it is easy and healthy
The acai bowl is in fashion and it is not surprising, because in addition to feeling good and being very tasty, it is visually very attractive. The açaí bowl is composed of one part frozen fruit and one part fresh fruit, the latter used to decorate. In addition, they are added Nuts, granola, and pumpkin, flax, or sesame seeds, among others, to accompany the purée. But the main ingredient in this bowl is açaí.
He açaí is a berry from Brazil, full of good properties. It is similar to blueberries. In the market, we can find the açaí pulp in the form of a frozen or dehydrated and ground paste.
The best thing about this recipe is that, at the frozen banana and açaí base we can add the frozen fruits that we like the most. We have chosen red fruits but we also suggest that you try mango or any other fruit that you like. To complete the puree with the fruits, milk or some vegetable drink is usually used. We have chosen yogurt to make it thicker. If you like it sweeter, you can add honey or any other sweetener of your choice, although with the banana it is already quite sweet.
The choice of toppings is very varied. It is at this point where we will let our artistic vein emerge to create attractive bowls with the ingredients that we like the most.
