How to make lemon ice cream
We weigh and measure the ingredients to make the ice cream. Squeeze the juice from the lemons and reserve it.
In a food processor we put the sugar and grate the lemon.

To this liquid mixture and little by little we add the condensed milk and finally the whole milk.
@pandebroa.by.monikapregoIf we want to have a thicker and creamier ice cream, we can use cream or evaporated milk. Now we only have to freeze our mixture and add air for a creamy texture.
@pandebroa.by.monikapregoWe put the cream in a container and keep it in the freezer. During the first 3 hours of freezing, we will take it out every half hour and stir it well with a fork or a mixer to break the crystals that form.
