We mount the cream, which must be very cold, with electric whisks or with a food processor. This step is important because with it we will be putting the necessary air into the preparation so that the ice cream is creamy.

Mix both preparations and put them in a container suitable for freezing. Decorate the surface with a few tablespoons of cherry coulis.

We freeze for about 2 or 3 hours, mixing every hour so that it crystallizes as little as possible.

As homemade ice creams do not contain food preservatives, they tend to harden when they are frozen for several hours, so it is recommended that we take the ice cream out of the freezer about 15-20 minutes before serving so that it acquires a creamier texture.

We can present the ice cream in glasses, forming several balls and decorating with cherry coulis, fresh cherries and a few mint leaves.
