How to make the Greek yogurt and red fruit popsicles
The process of making these refreshing popsicles is so simple that it can be summarized in a couple of steps. The first thing we have to do is blend all the ingredients with a food processor.
@LatoneiraDistribute the mixture obtained in the molds indicated for this purpose. The ones I have used have a capacity of 65 ml, therefore with these quantities we will obtain 8 poles.
@LatoneiraWe cover the molds with the non-drip stick, put them on their support so that they do not spill the filling and freeze them for at least 3 hours.
@LatoneiraWhen we want to consume some, we will only have to unmold it and enjoy this refreshing and healthy yogurt and red fruit ice cream.
@LatoneiraIf we do not have ice cream molds we can recycle the yogurt cups for this purpose. Fill the cups, cover them with aluminum foil and insert an ice cream stick in the center.
