Banana and chocolate ice cream

Banana and chocolate ice cream, very rich and fast without an ice cream maker. Making ice cream at home is usually a somewhat cumbersome task that requires an ice cream maker or similar machine. However, using frozen banana as a base, it is not necessary to have these tools. In this case we mix the banana with bitter cocoa powder and chopped chocolate, but you can replace it with red fruits, peach, mango, etc. or add nothing to it.

How to make banana and chocolate ice cream

Peel the bananas and cut them into slices between 1 and 1.5 cm. Arrange the slices on a plate in a single layer and freeze for 2 hours.

Once the banana is frozen, place it in a food processor, blender, or hand blender jar. Shred well. If it is very difficult, add a couple of tablespoons of milk or yogurt.

When it is completely crushed and looks creamy, add the cocoa. Mix until homogeneous. Add the chopped chocolate and mix. If the consistency is as desired, consume. Otherwise, pour into a container with a lid and freeze for half an hour. Remove from the freezer, mix and refreeze for another half hour.
