How to make banana omelette

STEP 1.

  • The first thing we have to do is cut the banana into slices of about 3 centimeters and put them in a saucepan.
  • Cover with water and add a pinch of salt.
  • Cook the banana slices over medium-high heat for about 20-25 minutes.

STEP 2.
  • Meanwhile, peel and dice the sweet onion and cook it over medium-low heat in a pan with 15 ml of extra virgin olive oil.
  • Season the onion and cook it for 10 minutes. Once the onion has been done, remove it from the pan and reserve it until use.

  •  After 20-25 minutes of cooking the banana, we will check if it is ready by poking a slice with a fork, if it does not offer resistance it will already be cooked.
