Ingredients

  • 80 g sweet onion
  • 5 free range eggs
  • 35 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • a pinch of salt
  • A pinch of ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook the sliced ​​banana in abundant water with a pinch of salt for 20-25 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, saute the diced onion in a skillet with oil over medium-low heat. Once done, reserve it until use
