The first thing we need to do is to preheat the air fryer at 200℃ for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, we put in a bowl 500 g of cream cheese, 200 ml of cream with 35% fat, 3 L eggs, 30 g of cornstarch, 150 g of white sugar and 1 pinch of salt. All ingredients must be at room temperature.
