POMEGRANATE JUICE – 200ml
KIWI JUICE – 200ml
FOR EVERY TASTE SUGAR – 100 g
CORNSTARCH – 60 g
FOR COVERAGE SUGAR – to taste
How to make Gummy Fruit Candies
Pour the orange juice, corn starch and sugar into the pan 1
and mix over the heat with a silicone spatula 2 or with a wooden spoon, until it thickens 3.
Transfer the mixture into the pocket bag and form several candies on the pan 4.
Repeat the same procedure with the pomegranate juice as well 5 and with kiwi juice 6.
Form the candies with the pocket bag and add them to the pan together with the orange one 7. Leave to rest for 20 minutes to let the gummies dry.
Roll them in granulated sugar 8 before serving them.
Your fruit gummies are ready to be enjoyed 9.
You can keep the gummies up to 5 daysinside a plastic bag for food or in a tin box.
If you must serve fruit marshmallows at a few days away, let them rest in a cool, dry place, without the sugar. This way they will keep for up to 10 days.
