- 500 g cold whipping cream (minimum 35% fat content)

- 300 g cold condensed milk
How to make condensed milk ice cream
With the help of a rod mixer, we mount 500 grams of very cold whipping cream, until it is very fluffy.
Over the whipped cream, pour 300 grams of cold condensed milk and integrate both ingredients with enveloping movements.

When it’s time to eat, we take the condensed milk ice cream out of the freezer 10 minutes before serving and enjoy!
