How to make avocado brownie

We melt 250 grams of chocolate either in the microwave, in batches of about 30 seconds, or in a bain-marie and reserve it while we prepare the rest of the recipe.

Add 20 grams of wheat flour and 15 grams of unsweetened cocoa powder. Mix until integrated.
