This avocado brownie gains in flavor and consistency if we prepare it overnight. So that we do not stay dry and get a very juicy browniewe will bake it just enough to get a texture that melts in our mouths when we eat it.
With much less calories than the traditional one, we are not going to miss that chocolate flavor. By using avocado, we reduce the contribution of fat provided by butter, and gives it an unbeatable texture.

How to make avocado brownie
We melt 250 grams of chocolate either in the microwave, in batches of about 30 seconds, or in a bain-marie and reserve it while we prepare the rest of the recipe.
Marina CormaPeel and pit 2 ripe avocados. We put them in a bowl and crush them well with the help of some rods. If we want to obtain a finer result we can grind it.
Marina CormaAdd 3 M eggs and mix well.
Marina CormaAdd 20 grams of wheat flour and 15 grams of unsweetened cocoa powder. Mix until integrated.
Marina CormaWe add 20 grams of brown sugar and 50 grams of honey, and fully integrate them into the mixture.
Marina CormaFinally, we pour the chocolate that we had previously melted. We mix until we have a homogeneous mass.
Marina CormaGrease and line the square mold of about 20×20 cm. Preheat the oven to 180 ºC with heat up and down.
Marina CormaPour the dough into the mold and smooth it out. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until we just see that the surface has set.
Marina CormaRemove from the oven and let cool completely before unmolding.
Marina CormaUnmold the brownie and serve it.
