How to make a fruit and vegetable smoothie
The smoothie is a mixture between puree and juice of raw fruits and vegetables. For this recipe we are going to make two versions, one super antioxidant and one full of vitamins.
For the antioxidant fruit and vegetable smoothie, we are going to put the beetroot in pieces and the frozen forest fruits in a food processor or a blender glass. Blend everything at full power for a minute or two and if we see that it is too thick we add a little cold water.

To serve the fruit and vegetable smoothie we can use classic tall glasses or jars with lids and straws.
