The Ultimate Banana Bread Recipe for Making the Most of Overripe Bananas

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 approximately 300 g bananas
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 100 g Almond flour
  • 150 g Wheat flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Baking powder or baking powder (Royal type)
  • 1 Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • First of all, we preheat the oven to 180 °C. Meanwhile, mash or mash 3-4 bananas with a fork.
  • Place the banana in a large bowl and add 3 M eggs, beating them one by one, along with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • Add 100 g almond flour, 150 g wheat flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of baking powder or baking powder (Royal type) and 1 pinch of salt. We stir until we obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  • We line an elongated mold of about 25 cm with baking paper and place the mixture in it.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes at 180°C with heat up and down, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. 
  • We let the banana bread rest for 5 minutes and then we unmold it and let it cool completely on a rack. 
  • Once cool, we can cut it and serve.
