First of all, we preheat the oven to 180 °C. Meanwhile, mash or mash 3-4 bananas with a fork.
Place the banana in a large bowl and add 3 M eggs, beating them one by one, along with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Add 100 g almond flour, 150 g wheat flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of baking powder or baking powder (Royal type) and 1 pinch of salt. We stir until we obtain a homogeneous mixture.
We line an elongated mold of about 25 cm with baking paper and place the mixture in it.
Bake for 45-50 minutes at 180°C with heat up and down, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
We let the banana bread rest for 5 minutes and then we unmold it and let it cool completely on a rack.
Once cool, we can cut it and serve.
