    • 130g white sugar
    • 20 g of wheat flour

How to make baked cheesecake

We put in a bowl 680 grams of cream cheese together with 130 grams of white sugar. We mix until they are integrated.

Add 20 grams of wheat flour and mix well.

Finally, we add 55 grams of whipping cream and mix.

Preheat the oven to 165 ºC with heat up and down. Grease and line the base of the mold with parchment paper.
