Food Safe – This baguette pan for baking is created with the healthiest composition, the best quality of non-stick, outstanding temperature resistance and abrasion resistance for healthy and safe cooking. For the sake of quality and durability, our moulds are 0.5mm thick (compared to 0.3mm for most commercial baking molds). Non-Stick – No need to add fat to the bottom of your baguette baker. The ICO french bread pan is made of high-quality coated steel, with a “two-layer” coating, reinforced with ceramic, made from PTFE, guaranteed without PFOA or BPA and complying with REACH standards.
Made in France – Our ICO baguette baking pans are manufactured in France in Joué les Tours. The supply of the coated steel plates comes from England and Spain, and the ceramic non-stick coating comes from ILAG technology (Switzerland), guaranteeing from the start of the process an irreproachable quality and traceability.
Instructions for Use – Not dishwasher safe. Easily clean by hand washing without the use of an abrasive sponge or aggressive detergent. Not for use on a direct flame. Withstands maximum temperatures up to 480F.
